Take a screenshot
To take a screen shot you do not need any software and it is a very easy process. The screen shot function is inbuilt in the operating. You just need to use MSPAINT that is included in the windows.

4.click on the save option and a save dialog box appears than select the save type and enter the name of the file.
5.select the location where you want to save the file and click on save.

- open the window who's screen shot is to be taken.
- press the print screen(prt scr) button on the keyboard.
- open paint and than click on PASTE or press ctrl+v from the keyboard into the paint window.
